These wheel kits make moving your large chicken coop much easier for one person. You simply have to rotate the lever in a clock-wise direction until the bolt head slots into a special curved cut-out. This will lift the coop the appropirate distance from the ground. The chickens will stay safetly inside and walk along as you move the coop. If you have a fox proof floor in place, they’ll likely just grip onto the mesh and go for a ride! When you’ve reached your new patch of soil you simply rotate the lever anti-clockwise so the coop sits flush with the ground again.

CAN BE ADDED AFTER PURCHASE

If you didn’t order a wheel kit with your coop but now wish to add this to your coop, that is entirely possible. Instructions will be provided of how to add these to your coop. You will need an electric drill to drill a hole in the side of your coop for the large bolts to fit through.
